I saw an Instagram post where the lady took a sweatshirt and made it into a skirt. The sweatshirt has to have a certain cuff at the bottom for it to work. It is done by cutting off the sleeves and neck, basically cutting from the armpits and up. Then the sweatshirt that is remaining is flipped upside down. Two slits are cut in the cuff part. A scrap string is cut from the sleeves. That scrap is threaded through the cuff to make it a drawstring waist line. Lynnlee found a sweatshirt at the DI and made a skirt. It turned out so cute!
