Lynnlee's and her friends went to the dance festival with me. Betsy was going to go with me but we got home from Chicago so late that I told her she didn't need to come so she could catch up on sleep before going back to work. Marshall came right before it started. Anyways, it was fun having Lynnlee and her friends there. Also, the moms of most the girls came and sat by us so that was fun too.
Kade on the other hand is too cool for the dance festival. At least, I think his friends think that and they tried to influence him. Leading up to it he kept telling me he wanted checked out for the dance festival. I told him he had to do it and he went along with it. That's why I think he enjoys it still but it was his friends influence that was making him not want to do it.
He was on the very back row and kept hiding from us so it was hard to get a picture.
Kade danced to "The Greatest Show" from the Greatest Showman. All of the grades danced to songs from movies. One grade danced to a song from Wonka. It was so cute!
The weather cooperated and it was a beautiful day for the dance festival. Crazy to think it was Kade's last and that we just have the Minis in elementary school now.
