Spring Break '16

Spring break was great! We didn't go on a family vacation anywhere but each day we did something fun around the area. We went to Thanksgiving Point, Hogle Zoo, swimming, skiing, bowling, arcade, the park, played with friends, and had cousin sleep overs.

Lynnlee is amazing! This was her second time skiing. She started out skiing in between Marshall's legs and my leg's and by the end of the day she was skiing on her own. She skied hard all day. I was amazed that between her heart and the elevation she was not affected.

Over looking the beautiful Heber Valley.

On the way home the boys sat up from and the girls sat in the back. A big thanks to my in-laws for watching Kaden and the minis!

I love breaks from school! Only 7 more weeks of school!

Sundays

I love Sundays! Sometimes after dinner we make a fun treat and play outside.

Yard Projects

Yard projects are in the works at our house. So far we completed the front garden bed. The pavers needed to be deeper in the ground because they kept falling over. We added more soil to the garden.

The garden in our back yard was weeded and tilled. Then we added a few more loads of dirt. Now we are ready to plant!

Funtopia

There is the coolest rock climbing gym in Lehi. It is called Funtopia. Each rock wall is a different theme. You have a whole hour to do as much rock climbing as you want. My kids loved it!

The minis were too little for rock climbing but they had fun on this big slide.

Easter '16

We had time to dye Easter eggs this year. It didn't happen last year so I was glad we were more on top of it this time around. The minis participated too.

The Easter Bunny came by Saturday which is nice because my kids could play all day and eat as much candy.

Sunday morning was less stressful and we had plenty of time to get everyone in their Sunday best and take a picture. Marshall gets all of the credit for everyone's happy faces in this picture. He did one loud belch and had laughs and smiles from all of them.

We told the minis to hug and then we got this fun picture.

We had an enjoyable Easter dinner with family. My dad joined us since my mom was in Texas. Aunt Pat and Betsy joined us as well. It was my first time hosting and it turned out very well. I wish I would have gotten a picture of the group. We had ham, potatoes, salad, rolls, jello. Then ice cream for dessert. This is the only picture I took that afternoon. James doesn't get in very many pictures so this is perfect!

Weekly Minis

Here are a bunch of random pictures of the minis from a few weeks ago. They are so energetic!

We discovered Snap Chat for some funny pictures of all of us. Here are a few of the minis.

Spring time is so unpredictable. Some days it is hot and we are sweating. Other days we are bundled up.
