The minis are constantly providing entertainment. I don't always have my camera handy but I'm glad when I do. Taggart had fun trying on Kaden's towel robe. He walked around with his arms like that all on his own.
We went to Toys R Us Saturday night. Taggart and Sienna found these cute Minnie Mouse shopping carts and they walked around the whole store with them.
Sienna randomly lays on the bottom step.
On Christmas morning she snuggled on the couch and ate her apple.
The minis have some great facial expressions during moments when everyone else is being hyper.
Sienna liked this mattress at the store.
I made this hat for James before he was born. I've taken a picture of James and Kaden wearing it and now Tag.
Sienna loves this princess dress and wears it all the time. When she is not wearing it she will find it and bring it to me.
Taggart likes dressing up in Kaden's turtle costume since Sienna is always dressing up.
I definitely took more pictures of Taggart this week but he has really changed a lot and is talking more and playing more.
The minis have gained a new name of the twinados. They know how to empty a bookcase in seconds. Sienna has learned how to climb on the kitchen chairs and table. Once on the table she throws everything off.

Weekly Dose of Minis
The minis were entertained by the puzzle drawer.
They didn't last very long next to each other.
Then they were sliding around the floor on their backs. This was all on their own and very random.
News Flash!!! Sienna has enough hair for a pony tail....or my little pony tail....or just a teeny tiny antenna sticking up. All she wants for Christmas is hair :)
Taggart is now in the phase where he wants to wear any shoes or slippers around.

The End of Our Bountiful Woes
The last six months have been beyond hard. I've never cried so much, been so stressed, anxious and frustrated. I prayed harder than ever, read and listened to conference talks, scriptures, and attended the temple a lot. Trying to evict our renter was like battling the dark side but the dark side kept winning over and over. We had the worst case scenario every time.
She moved in the beginning of July and gave us a check. Two weeks later her check bounced and we couldn't get her out at that point. I tried to look at the bright side. We have had so many health trials that I was grateful we weren't dealing with a sick child. We have always had the best case scenario with Lynnlee's heart and I am grateful for that.
The eviction process is long and slow. Every law favors the tenant. It normally is an expensive process because you have to have a lawyer and go through the court system. We were very blessed to have our old bishop help us and charge us minimal fees.
We finally got to the point to evict and lock her out in the middle of October and then she filed for bankruptcy the night before the lock out. That bought her another thirty days.
We submitted a motion to end her stay from the bankruptcy but the judge wouldn't sign it. That was so frustrating to see her win again especially when she was the one not paying from the beginning and was clearly in the wrong. We felt like the bad guys a lot and it was so backwards and frustrating.
We put it up for sale again at the end of October and accepted an offer on the day before Thanksgiving. We finally evicted her one week before closing. It took a lot to get her out and she didn't move until the very last second. It was the day after Marshall's birthday and he was there with the constable changing the locks on the door as she was moving her stuff into a Uhaul. On Marshall's birthday he went with the constable to post the notice on the door that said she needed to be out by midnight or the locks would be changed the next morning. That was an exciting birthday and will go down in history.
During the eviction process we found out that she had done the same thing five times in the last two years. Right now there is no law against it and she doesn't even get a slap on the hand. So why would she stop doing it? Don't we all wish we could live for free ;)
I wish I could rent a billboard and warn all landlords about her. We did error on the side of not doing a back ground check but I defend that because we had gotten by six years without doing checks on our other renters. We definitely learned from our mistakes. If I ever become a landlord again I will fork up the extra money to do background checks.
It felt really good the day she was out but the next day it made me feel so sick to think that she could live there, trash it, never pay, and then move out and totally get away with it all. Most times when a person takes thousands of dollars from someone there is a punishment which usually involves jail or something.
A huge thanks to our Realtor who sold it. He approached us in September and I explained the whole story to him and where we were at with our renter. He said he could sell it even with all of the hurdles. We put it in his hands and he delivered. We closed on Wednesday. We drove up to Bountiful that morning to do a few things. Then we went to the title company and signed. It was the best feeling!

Our Little Cheerleader
Lynnlee took a cheer leading class this year at the rec center. She loved going every week. She was so excited for her performance and she did great! I asked her if she wanted me to sign her up for cheer in January and she said she wants to play soccer next. It's fun seeing her try out so many different activities.
Snow Kids
We love the snow! The Lynnlee and Kaden have been playing outside a lot. The minis have had a few chances to play outside in the afternoons. I think they would play outside all day if I would let them.
Alpine Living Nativity
We went to the Alpine Living Nativity for the first time. It was really neat and I was impressed. There are a lot of people and animals that make it all happen. There were camels, donkeys, sheep, bunnies, and peacocks.
The camel almost ate Betsy's hair. I snapped this picture right as the camel moved away.
Inside the first barn it feels like you are walking through Bethlehem. Then we met the wisemen on our way out of that barn. In the second barn we saw Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus. It was a very neat experience and I'm glad we got to go.

Christmas Kids
This is the look I got from Sienna when I tried to take pictures of everyone in their Christmas Sunday best.
They were not thrilled about it.
Then they ran away.
Marshall had much better luck getting pictures after sacrament meeting.
It's fun having a boy and a girl because Sienna is more motherly.
I took these after primary. I had to bribe them with candy and then I still got the smiles that say, "Are we done yet mom?"

Weekly Minis
If you spend a day with the minis then you will be entertained for sure! They are very busy and love exploring every room in the house.
Taggart kept laughing and smiling in the car. We realized it was because he was holding Sienna's hand. Normally she will move her hand away but since she was asleep she left it there. Taggart couldn't get enough.
The minis love Marshall! He is usually gone to work when they wake up. One morning I got Sienna up early before he left and she cried and cried when he left.

Riverwoods '15
We went to the Riverwoods to see Santa. We went on a week night and it wasn't crowded at all. This is perfect for our young, impatient kids.
Santa was friendly and spent time telling the kids about his naughty and nice list.
He even showed them some coal.
The minis wanted nothing to do with Santa. We tried setting them down in front for the picture but they darted away quick.
