Day at Sea

The day at sea was a fun day of everyone doing whatever they wanted on the ship basically. I went running that morning on a treadmill in the fitness center. I joined everyone at breakfast. It was a cloudy day and I just wanted to sit in a hot tub. So I pretty much was in and out of the hot tubs throughout the day.

Marshall, Kade and Tag did a hole in one competition.
Tag took first place!
Lynnlee got a picture with the towel elephant. Also, Marshall, James, Lynnlee, and Kade went to the art auction.
Kade and Tag were on a team and competed in a corn hole competition as well and Marshall and Lynnlee. The rest of us cheered them on. James met a girl named Emily who was from Orem and they spend the afternoon together.
Corn hole competition:
Marshall and Lynnlee did awesome! They won a few rounds and then just barely lost in the final game and took 2nd place.
This dress was Sienna's souvenir from Ensenada. She wore it Thursday night.
We ate dinner together in the dining room for our last dinner.
The boys all tried frog legs.

Something I forgot to mention in a previous post. On the first night Sienna went to the show with us. The cruise director was the host and asked for a junior cruiser to come on stage. He called Sienna up. His name was Rico and he was a really fun cruise director. He gave Sienna a Build a Bear certificate to get a free Build a Bear. The certificate said the Build a Bear work shop was on the day at sea at 3:00. So she anxiously waited all week. Thursday rolled around and we didn't see the work shop on the itinerary for the day. There was a work shop Wednesday while we were in Ensenada but we thought there were two works shops, one each of those days. So Thursday afternoon we checked to see if there was a work shop but couldn't find any details. Kade, Tag and Sienna took matters into their own hands. They found the cruise director and showed him the certificate. He said it was a typo and that the workshop took place Wednesday. He was so nice though and sent the kids to where they could get the Build a Bear for Sienna. It was a cute Halloween bat. Sienna was sad she missed the workshop but very happy she still got a stuffed animal.
James and Lynnlee were in the final show. They signed the words to the chorus in the song What a Wonderful World.

Kade and Tag had us all beat on how many ice cream cones they ate. Kade had 68 ice cream cones over the course of the week and Tag had 65!!! That night Kade, Tag and Sienna went to the kids club. Lynnlee went for a little bit and then hung out with Marshall and me. James stayed up super late with all of the friends he made who were also from Utah. It was a fun night to a fun week.
