Tuesdays

We have had fun going to Thanksgiving Point on Tuesdays this month. I think my favorite venue is the Children's Garden.

Little Swim Buddy

We went to Seven Peaks Monday night. Kaden loves being outside and had fun watching the kids play in the water.

Soccer

James started soccer last week. We weren't sure how it would go. Marshall and I both have played soccer ever since we were 4 years old. I was so stubborn and wouldn't do anything the coaches asked. Marshall loved soccer and listened to his coaches. SO with that said, we were hoping James would be more like a mini Marshall. Turns out he is more of a mini Marshall. He liked it and did what he was told. He is a little timid but hopefully after a few games will become more aggressive.

Cousins

We got together with Marshall's siblings last week. Kaden has 2 cousins born a few months before him. He is bigger than his cousin Nikka who is right next to him. She is 2 months older than him. Clara is on the far right and she is 4 months older. They will have so much fun together when they are older.

Kennecott

I have lived in Utah all my life and went to Kennecott Copper for my first time last week. My friend, Megan, was in town visiting for a few days from Florida. So we decided to go check it out.

It was really cool! James loved the gigantic dump trucks. Lynnlee loved the "shiny rocks" on display in the visitors center.

Kaden's Stats

Kaden had his 2 week check up when he was 3 weeks old. He is now 10 lbs 2 oz. and 22 inches long. All his tan jaundice skin is gone and he is white and fair like his James and Lynnlee. He has been fussy the past week and I wasn't sure why. We found out at his check up that he has an ear infection. I don't know why I didn't check it. I'm always checking the kids' ears in my neighborhood. Anyways, it's nice to know that is why he is fussy.


Lynnlee had a check up with her cardiologist. She said Lynnlee is doing great and won't need surgery again March or possibly next summer. It is the best news! We've been planning on March but I always get paranoid right before her appointments that her doctor will say she needs surgery now.
