We had a great time celebrating Halloween! We went to the Legacy Center Halloween party the weekend before.
Lynnlee got to wear her costume to combine yw/ym Halloween party. She and her friends won best costume.
Brooke and her kids joined us at the Legacy Center Halloween party.
Tag's friend Gio was also Messi, Blake is Ned Forester from Dude Perfect.
The next day my neighborhood had a fun Halloween party. We had cake walk and face painting at our house. Someone had sugar cookie decorating. Michelle Wardle had donut on a string. All the kids were invited to trick or treat and anyone could hand out candy. We all made soups and chilis. There were rolls and dessert. It would have all been so amazing and fun except that it was bitter cold. There was a biting wind that cut through. Everyone was freezing. So what should have lasted two hours ended up being more like a half hour. It was like the sped up version. Hopefully we can have warmer weather next year.
Lynnlee's friend went trick or treating for an house and then played games. They were all a Disney Princess except Serene and Lexi.
James went to Ryan's for games and a movie.
Kade went trick or treating with Hayden and Remi. Tag went with Gio and Blake. Betsy and I went with Sienna and her friend Karagan. It was a little cold so we went for about an hour and then were in the rest of the night. Chewie got to go with us.
Kade and Tag were running from house to house for about three house. They both had around 15 pounds of candy each!!! Thankfully they let me buy it from them. I let them keep a few of their favorites. We used some of it for Hallo-Turkey challenge. Then I donated the rest of it to a couple of school teachers.
