Lights at Temple Square

We went to Temple Square on the first night of holiday break. We met up with my parents, Betsy and Charlie's family. It's hard planning a night that works for everyone's schedules. The weather ended up being pretty snowy so Kasey's family couldn't make it.
We met up and ate at City Creek and then all of the kids got to play at the kid area.

We haven't seen Charlie's family since the summer so it was awesome that it worked out for them to go with us.

We finished off the night with ice cream at Farr's Fresh. These cousins had a blast together and were happy and silly the whole night.

North Pole at Seven Peaks

We checked out the North Pole at Seven Peaks this year. The lazy river was a boat ride and you could sled down a water slide. We loved the lazy river and sledding down the slide. The lines were really long or else we would have stayed longer. There was also a train ride and some carnival rides that we didn't get a chance to do.

We loved going with Ali, Katelyn and Drew.

The slide was so much fun! I wish we could have gone down over and over again.

Do you want to build a snowman...

Lynnlee and Kaden love to play in the snow. Sometimes I get to go out and play with them if the minis are napping. On one of the first days of holiday break we made a snowman or snow woman since all of the accessories were pink.

Then I pulled them around the yard on a sled. It was a good start to the holiday break.

Weekly Minis

The minis are constantly providing entertainment. I don't always have my camera handy but I'm glad when I do. Taggart had fun trying on Kaden's towel robe. He walked around with his arms like that all on his own.

We went to Toys R Us Saturday night. Taggart and Sienna found these cute Minnie Mouse shopping carts and they walked around the whole store with them.

Sienna randomly lays on the bottom step.

On Christmas morning she snuggled on the couch and ate her apple.

The minis have some great facial expressions during moments when everyone else is being hyper.

Sienna liked this mattress at the store.

I made this hat for James before he was born. I've taken a picture of James and Kaden wearing it and now Tag.

Sienna loves this princess dress and wears it all the time. When she is not wearing it she will find it and bring it to me.

Taggart likes dressing up in Kaden's turtle costume since Sienna is always dressing up.

I definitely took more pictures of Taggart this week but he has really changed a lot and is talking more and playing more.

The minis have gained a new name of the twinados. They know how to empty a bookcase in seconds. Sienna has learned how to climb on the kitchen chairs and table. Once on the table she throws everything off.
