St. Thomas

I liked each island a little better than the previous island. St. Thomas was our last stop and I liked it the best. It is a U.S. Virgin Island and it seemed more civilized and first world. Our phones worked off the ship.

Once again we rented a scooter. The guy at the scooter place explained all of the great beaches and sights to see on the island. He was so helpful and wrote everything on the map. We made a plan to beach hop and snorkel at a few different beaches. Our scooter was even better and more comfortable. First we went to a private beach called Secret Harbor. The water was so clear but cold. It was hot day so it felt refreshing to hop in and snorkel. We saw a few fish and coral.

Next we went to Sapphire Beach. The water was so blue. We saw lots of Sea Urchin.

After that we went to Coki Point Beach. The water was also very blue and the sand was so white. We got to feed the fish while we snorkeled. It was so crazy having a whole school of fish swim around me. We ordered lunch at a cute little hut on the beach there. The food was so delicious and we enjoyed the beautiful view.

Last we went to Magen's Bay. It was also blue and beautiful. We were snorkeled out (if that's a thing) and decided not to snorkel but head back to do some souvenir shopping.

On our way back we stopped a few times to take pictures at different scenic points. I also need to add that it's a good thing the scooters got better each island because the hills also got bigger. The first day we drove over a huge bridge and it scared me to death. Then St. Kitts had two or three steep roads that were even higher. St. Thomas took the cake with the most steep roads and highest points. It was good that wasn't our first stop.

Cruise ship is on the right of the picture.

We got back to the ship with extra time. We went to the rock wall since it was our last day. The sun was shining directly on the rock wall and it was burning hot. Climbing up was like hot potato/hot rock.

We sat in a hot tub and watched as we pulled out of port. Then rushed to dinner for our last meal in the dining room.

We walked around the ship and explored all of the places we hadn't seen yet. We went to the chapel and were glad to see some Books of Mormon.

Then played another round of mini golf.

Lastly we wanted a picture of this framed couch. All week we wanted a picture of it but it was a popular place to sit.
