Our holiday and birthday week started off with celebrating Betsy's birthday on Sunday. It was great having Kasey's family there.
It was a good looking cousin's table! Taylor has grown half a foot since I last saw him. He's so tall!
The morning of the 4th started out bright and early. We went to the Hot Air Balloon Festival. I don't know how much longer we want to keep this tradition going. They haven't launched the balloons since the first year we went in 2012. Every time we go it's too windy and so they blow them up but don't actually launch. It's so disappointing so I'm glad they at least have a yummy breakfast. Otherwise it would be a waste of a trip to Provo.
Playing with the camera and angles...
We got back in time to decorate our bikes for the neighborhood bike parade. We went all out with the streamers. Chewie got to come along in the basket.
The rest of our day was spent at Grandma Ruth's and Papa Kelly's. The Kade, Tag and Sienna loved playing in the water. We had an awesome nine square game after dinner.
Sienna loves having a cousin buddy in town! Ivy is so cute!
Lynnlee and I rode the tandum bike around while we waited for the fireworks to start. This picture makes it look so early but it was actually 9:00 or later at night.
Usually we watch the fireworks from Midway but Cobblestone had their own firework show so we went to the park and watched. It was so good and the perfect length!
