We went to the Santa parade and took some friends along. The kids weren't too excited about going but I love this tradition. I talked them into going because I remembered there being lots of candy. Sadly there wasn't much of that but I think they enjoyed getting out.
It was weird jumping right into Christmas after getting back from our trip. It was our first Christmas in our new house so it took a little time decorating and finding a place for everything.
I found this tree on Amazon for a great price and I feel like it fits nicely. It's 9' so it's a good height but not too crazy tall.
