Lynnlee’s Craft Corner

Lynnlee participated in Lehi’s young entrepreneur market. It was a good experience for her.

Prep started a month ago when she signed up. We made a plan for the products she would sell.

Then we went to Joann’s and bought the supplies. She made the hot packs first.

I found pink tank tops on clearance for $1 each and she sewed them into bags.

Next she made scrunchies. Lots of different fabrics for a variety.

Last she sewed chapstick keychains and hand sanitizer keychains.

It was a lot of work but she enjoyed making them (when the sewing machine was working).

We set up that morning and the market was open from 10:00-12:30.

She was happy with how it turned out. She had a lot of customers. It was fun seeing her run her booth, talk to customers and handle money.

It was fun walking around and seeing the other booths. So many talented kids!
