Memorial Day

We visited my Aunt Pat’s grave and my grandparents graves on Sunday. It was a cold and rainy day but thankfully the rain stopped while we were there.
We had a picnic lunch and talked about memories with Aunt Pat. There isn't a Wednesday that goes by that I don't think about Aunt Pat and miss her. One day I was at a recital for James's french horn teacher. It was so enjoyable and it made me think about Aunt Pat and how much she enjoyed music. I thought about how much she would have enjoyed being at that recital, listening to James play, and going to band concerts. Then I got all choked up right there in the middle of the recital. I hope she is enjoying music on the other side.

Later that afternoon there was a double rainbow!

Also, we had our yard landscaped! Post about that will be coming soon.
