I can't say "masquerade" without the song from Phantom of the Opera playing in my head.
So Marshall and I are not dressy, fancy occasions, costume people. Low maintenance is my mantra. When it comes to family though-we are game to go along. My cousin Bryan’s reception was a formal masquerade event. We decided to go for it. We dusted off some old formal wear and Betsy ordered masks for us on Amazon.
Betsy played along for the occasion. It was fun spending time with her at the reception.
It was fun catching up with cousins we don't see very often!
